Superpositive Mite
A pair of mites refracting a mug out of existence.--------------------------------------------------------------------
Superpositive Mites are extradimensional beings external to our 3D world.
Behavior and Observations
-------------------------------------------
- They have no real shape. Some may argue they don't even exist.
- They are (maybe??) the only creature capable of existing in dimensions above the usual 3.
- Because of their multidimensional nature, they are capable of moving objects on the elusive AA-axis, one grade above from the Z-axis, and maybe even the impossibly complex AB-axis. This means they are capable of permanently moving things to places we cannot see, or even comprehend. They only do this will small objects, though.
- They are capable of seemingly vanishing and materializing out of existence at will. This, of course, is simply the result of only being able to perceive a small portion of their world.
- They REALLY dislike mirrors, for no apparent reason.
Personal Notes
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Absolutely terrifying creature. Very disturbing existential implications. Also, if you have ever visited the island and you feel like there's something you're forgetting but can't recall what it is, it's most likely something these critters dematerialized out of reality as we know it.
I wonder... If we know it's possible for life to exist in higher dimensions... Does that mean there could be more species like them? Maybe even more dangerous species? Some sort of super-evil-hyper-predator capable of hunting in places we can't even imagine? What if they DO exist, but we don't know because we forget anything they move out of the threshold of the world we can see? Would it even matter at that point?
I don't like this thing.
